CasinoFor any future bride, a hen party needs to have a mix of indulgence, culture, and downright depravity. So where better than ‘Sin City’ itself? A-Listers such as Kim Kardashian and Katy Perry chose fabulous Las Vegas to celebrate their own last nights of freedom, and you can follow in their (stilettoed) footsteps. There is so much to experience, so here is our definitive choices of beer and clothing in Las Vegas.

Whether you’re looking to hit the many malls or spend your days in the bright Nevada sun, Las Vegas has everything you could want for an unforgettable hen party and more. Take a walk down the Strip and see for yourself the bright and extravagant sights normally only seen on the small screen. Ensure you head up the Stratosphere tower to enjoy the magnificent view from 1,149 feet up. Vegas doesn’t do things small, and in planning your hen party, neither should you.

The 4.2 mile-long Strip contains 15 of the world’s 25 largest hotels, with 62,000 rooms to choose from. Push the boat out by booking into Bellagio: home of the famous dancing water fountains. With luxury architecture and décor inspired by George Clooney’s home of Lake Como, the resort alone has enough to do and see to provide a weekend that will never be forgotten. Don’t miss the on-site performance of Cirque du Soleil’s subaquatic masterpiece ‘O’, a surreal tribute to the idea of ‘infinity’: a concept that if you’re a bride-to-be, you may be struggling to come to terms with!

Las Vegas has an abundance of shops and malls in which to while away the hours until it’s time to hit the clubs. Make sure you visit the Boulevard’s Fashion Show Mall containing over 250 stores in which to spend your dollars. At the weekend models sashay along the runway, providing elegant entertainment. The mall contains shops such as the famed department store Macy’s, so you may need an extra suitcase to drag home your new All-American wardrobe.

After spending your days traipsing around in the desert heat, you’ll be wanting somewhere to drink. The Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino has two clubs, ten bars and a rooftop beach to get the hen party started. Ideal for residents staying in and near the hotel is Tao nightclub, as it means you won’t have to carry your heels far to collapse into bed. The 10,000 square foot club contains many different rooms to flit between to get every member of your party up and dancing. You’ll find yourself in fine company as the club boasts visits by Madonna, Bono and Jay-Z.

The odds are that a trip to Vegas will include a trip to one of the many casinos, including the notoriously lavish Caesars Palace. Try your luck on the casino tables, and here’s hoping the dice fall in your favour. The Rio Hotel and Casino contains all your need for the ultimate girls’ night out: fourteen restaurants with cuisine from oysters to French Fries; a 100,000 square foot casino to collect your chips; and the chance to experience a different type of Strip with a performance by the Chippendale’s…

Whilst the city contains so much to see and discover, try and find time to trek to see the breathtaking Grand Canyon. Situated just out of Vegas, you and the girls should take a helicopter ride to best see the mile-deep Wonder of the World. However, whilst the Vegas experience may make you feel like a movie star, make sure you and your girls don’t end up doing a Thelma and Louise!
