Celebrity Hen Dos – we’ve pulled together our favourite hen parties / bachelorette parties including Royalty and reality-TV stars. Be inspired, and live the life of a VIP with Red7 Hens and Stags.
A favourite past-time of the Royal Family, skiing was the activity of choice for Pippa Middleton’s hen ‘party’. The sister of our Future Queen, Pippa spent a weekend in Meribel in the French Alps and was joined by HRH The Duchess of Cambridge, whilst Prince William skiied in Verbier, Switzerland.
She tied the knot to hedge-fund manager James Matthews on May 20 2017 at St Marks’ Church in Englefield, Berkshire.
Kim Kardashian enjoyed a weekend of pure luxury (big surprise) in Paris with a tribe that included sisters Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, as well as friends including Brittny Gastineau, LaLa Anthony, Joyce Bonelli and Monica Rose. They stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel George V, an art-deco landmark built in 1928 nestled in the Golden Triangle of Paris, just off the historic Champs-Elysees. Dinner was enjoyed at at the Hotel Costes. Powdery velvets, the use of filtered lights, the typical scent, the energy in each detail, a permanent coming and going, regular guests, the Hotel Costes is a motionless journey. Designed by Jean Louis Costes & Jacques Garcia in 1995.
She married Kanye West in 2014.
Meghan Markle has come in for more than her fair share of criticism for her ‘jet-set’ celebrity lifestyle since marrying Prince Harry, but the Duchess of Sussex’s hen party was a quiet affair spent in Oxfordshire at fashionable Soho Farmhouse. Privacy was pretty much guaranteed – Soho Farmhouse is set in over 100 acres of private land. We don’t know much about the weekend, and obviously none of the guests were indiscreet enough to post any snaps, but we did find this photo of Meghan attending the very same spa with friend Millie Mackintosh back in September 2016.
Michelle Keegan married TOWIE star Mark Wright in 2015. Her hen party was spent in Dubai. She was joined by 29 hens including her mum Jackie Thornton and former Coronation Street co-star Brooke Vincent.
Pretty under-stated by extremely classy, Poppy Delevingne enjoyed dinner at The Ivy in London for her hen party evening. The party really got started when her tribe reached the famous Groucho Club where guests included Alexa Chung, Harry Styles, Nick Grimshaw, Cara Delevingne and Sienna Miller. The model/actress married model James Cook in 2014.
TOWIE Star Billy Faiers chose the White Isle for her very public hen do, a favourite for Celebrity Hen Dos. There were plenty of photo ops with the girls looking amazing, as you’d expect. The Bride-to-be looked sensational in Ibiza making sure all eyes were on her. She was joined by sister Sam Faiers and best friend Ferne McCann. Hubby-to-be, The Mummy Diaries star Greg Shepherd spent his Stag Do in Vegas.
The X factor winner and global singing sensation enjoyed a very posh do in Hawaii with her closest pals. Leona moved to America some time ago, and is now married to Dennis Jauch – their lavish Tuscany wedding was covered exclusively by Hello Magazine in July 2019. For her Hen Do, Leona checked in to the Mauna Kea Residences at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel. And, if you’re wondering who Dennis is – Leona met him in 2010, when he was working as her back-up dancer.
Celebrity Hen Dos – Game of Thrones actress, Sophie Turner, enjoyed her ‘Batchelorette Party’ in Benidorm. She was actually already married to The Jonas Brothers singer Joe Jonas in Vegas before her hen party, but who needs an excuse for a wild holiday with your besties! The couple are planning a second ceremony, with Sophie’s GOT co-star Maisie Williams, who is her maid of honour.
Kate Wright said ‘I will’ to Rio Ferdinand in November when he poopped the question to the TOWIE star in Abu Dhabi. She chose Mykonos for here Hen Party, sharing plenty of snaps on Instagram of her weekend away. with 16 close friends. (Her hubby-to-be Footballer Rio Ferdinand jetted off to Barcelona in July for his stag do – he was spotted at Go Beach Club dancing topless!)
Princess Eugenie married Jack Brooksbank on 12 October 2018. Her Hen Do was a very closely guarded secret, but it’s rumoured she jetted off to Ibiza, one of the most popular destinations for Celebrity Hen Dos – for good reason!
Zara Tindall – the daughter of Princess Anne and the Queen’s oldest granddaughter whisked her pals off to Portugal to the CampoReal complex for a spa weekend. She’s been married to Rugby player Mike since 2011. Red7’s top overseas hen party destination is in Portugal, the lively town of Albufeira on The Algarve holds the ‘top spot’. Or, for a city break, Lisbon is also very popular. Lisbon is not only one of sunniest in Europe, the temperature rarely dropping below 15c, but it is also one of the safest. The city boasts a wonderful mixture of tradition and a cosmopolitan “buzz”, where you feel at ease wandering the streets day and night sightseeing or shopping til you drop! Photo: Vitor Oliveira
