Bull Running Group Weekend

No trip to Spain would be complete without bulls.  So no matter what time of year you go, bull running is simply a must do.  Unfortunately for all the thrill-seekers and daredevils out there, however, the world-famous Running of the Bulls in Pamplona only happens once a year.

So if you want to have a brush with these awe-inspiring behemoths, and your dates don’t quite coincide, there just so happens to be another (slightly safer) option.  In this case, you’ll work with a local mentor in one of Spain’s most iconic cities to learn about the traditions and safe practices of running with and fighting bulls.  You’ll also be warmly guided in how to best respect the animals and the culture that has grown up around them.

Of course, you’ll also get up close and personal with the bulls themselves.  So this adventure is not for the faint of heart, nor is it entirely without risks.   But for a true taste of Spain, there is nothing quite like it.
