2 Nights Accommodation

Fully refurbished huge house in the heart of Brighton. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large roof terrace with amazing City Views, patio and two en suite balconies. The house is centrally located in the Laines, with shops, bars, clubs, train station and restaurants on your door step

Sleeps up to 20 guests with a mixture of triple bunk beds, with large double on lower deck and singles chair beds and sofa beds.

The entire house is newly decorated and furnished, great for large groups of friends and with hi speed wifi throughout.

Escape Room

This is Brighton's newest escape room venue. Escape room games are a cross between the crystal maze and a treasure hunt, where you and your team are put into a themed game and have 60 minutes to hunt for clues, solve puzzles and complete the challenges to unlock to door and escape.

The games are all themed around golden eras in Brighton's rich cultural past, you can travel to the Royal Pavilion in the Victorian era to save the building, solve a 1964 murder mystery involving the mods and the rockers or enter a 90s rave nightclub in order to investigate the case of missing ravers!

Fish & Chips on the Pier with Bubbly

Brighton Pier's famous Palm Court Family restaurant was referred to as the "Spiritual Home" of fish and chips by Heston Blumenthal so there's no better place to indulge whilst you're in Brighton.

This superb restaurant is located on Brighton's iconic pier, ensuring you'll have a great view of the city from one of Brighton's best loved attractions whilst you tuck into a delicious meal, all washed down with a glass of bubbly.

Shooshh Guest List Nightclub entry

Don't be held up by the crowds outside, let us book you guest list entry into this fantastic nightclub so that you can keep your party going after your early evening meal and drinks. One of Brighton's newest clubs, Shooshh is the city's one and only VIP super nightclub.

Getting to Brighton

Driving to Brighton 

From the North, simply take the A23/M23 south until you reach Brighton. From East or West, the A27 brings you in to town. Allow plenty of time during peak season as the roads get congested. 

Trains to Brighton from London and the South East

It is easy to connect to trains to Brighton and the South Coast from the major London stations. The fastest direct travelling times from London to Brighton are: 

  • London Victoria – 52 minutes (direct)
  • London Bridge – 58 minute (direct)
  • London St Pancras – 1 hour 16 minutes (direct) 


London Gatwick is the closest major airport and Brighton is well served by direct trains (Thameslink and Southern trains) from LGW (30 mins)
