Paris Stag Weekend

Close enough for you to have a full weekend of celebration, far enough to be a world away from home! Parisian nightlife ranges from disco to drag to exotic. But Paris would not be Paris without its extravagant Cabaret shows, red light area and the most famous show of them all – the Moulin Rouge....  as well as a whole host of late night bars and clubs.

Getting There

Airports:

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is 14 miles North East of central Paris. Alternatively Paris Orly Airport is 9 miles South of central Paris. Apart from the national carriers, many low cost airlines now fly into Paris direct.

Trains:

Another great way to arrive in Paris, and at the very heart of Paris too, is by Eurostar which departs from Waterloo or Ashford stations.

Visa Requirements:

None for the holders of a full British passport.

Journey Time:

Flight: approximately 1 hour

Eurostar: approximately 2.5 hours from Waterloo.

Getting Around

The best way to discover Paris is on foot. If that gets too tiring, the Metro underground system is widespread and efficient, and the overground RER system is also recommended. Daily and weekly passes are available from all kiosks and stations. Try and avoid the bus network, it’s inefficient and not worth the hassle.
