White Water Rafting: 2 hours with Kit & Expert Instruction. Get ready to get wet and have your breath taken away on one of the UK's premier white water courses! You and your group will need to work together to negotiate some of the best turns and dips while your raft zooms down the 500m course which runs at a grade 2/3 on a scale of 1 to 6. There is an average of 20 cubic meters of water a second running through this man made course, you will definitely be leaving here exhilarated.
