Vilnius Stag Weekend

Base yourself in one of Europe’s most beautiful cities – think ‘Old Town’ with it’s narrow, cobbled streets and medieval courtyards. Then add to this an amazing range of daytime activities.

But we’ve kept the best news till last. Firstly, the food and drink is unbelievably cheap. And secondly, you’ll be amazed at the sheer beauty of the average Lithuanian lovely.

Getting There

Airports:

Vilnius airport is only 3.5 miles South East of the city centre. To date only Lithuanian Airlines fly direct from the U.K. to Vilnius. Other major airlines fly indirect. With the entry of Latvia into the E.U., it is envisaged that the low cost airlines will soon begin operating flights direct. Keep an eye out for these developments.

Flight Time:

Approximately 2 hours 30 minutes

Visa:

None for holders of full British passports

Getting Around

The central historic area of Vilnius is compact, so the best way to explore is on foot. Taxis can be hired, and it is better to call a reputable taxi company, rather than hail one on the street. Official taxis are yellow, have a sign on the roof and a clearly visible taximeter which always works.
