Budapest is not known as the ‘Paris of the East’ for nothing. Split in two by the Danube River, Buda is the hilly medieval side, while Pest is the modern, tree lined, shopping, dining and cultural centre. It’s also a great Hen party destination too as Budapest really is Spa heaven. At night, the city livens up with a great selection of bars and clubs.
All of our Budapest Hen Weekends are included in our Hen brochure. To request a copy, click on the ‘Order a Brochure’ link on our Home Page.

Airports:
All airlines fly into Budapest Ferihegy Airport, which is 10 miles from the city centre. The national carriers have dominated the flights for a long time, but now low cost airlines have begun to start direct services from all around the U.K.
Flight Time:
Approximately 2 hours 30 minutes
Visa:
None required for the holders of a full British passport stating that the holder is a “British Citizen”.
By far and away the best method of getting around Budapest is by the local public transport. It may not be the most modern of services, but it is cheap and very frequent, with a choice of Metro, trains, trams and buses. All the services link in with each other, with tickets widely available at main transport points and general kiosks.
