Police Mistaken For Strippers on Hen Night
An overexcited hen party in Melbourne, Australia, mistook a group of policemen for strippers in a hotel bar on Thursday night.
Having been called out after a report of a fight breaking out in Humpty Doo Hotel (yes, that’s actually what it’s called), the police arrived to find a much more challenging situation. Luckily or unluckily for them (depending on your stance), they instead found a group of drunken ladies on a cheeky hen night trying to rip their clothes off!
Having been mistaken for strippers, North Watch Commander Louise Jorgenson said that the policemen “nearly had their shirts taken off but they managed to escape with their dignity intact.”
That’s a shame. Possibly slightly disappointing for the bride-to-be too, finding out that her hen party hadn’t organised her a stripper after all!
