Airports:

Faro International Airport is a 30 minute drive from Albufeira. Apart from the national carriers, many low cost airlines and charter airlines now fly into Faro direct.

Flight Time:

Approximately 3 hours

Visa:

None for the holders of a full British passport. Passports must be valid for 3 months after the date of return.

Albufeira is a compact town, which makes it a great place to get around on foot. If you are going from one end of the town to another, and fancy a rest from that glorious sunshine, taxis are widely available and cheap.
